Twinkling Trees Tour Sponsorship Form
If you're interested in gaining even more visibility, consider becoming a sponsor of the Twinkling Tree Tour! As a sponsor, your business will be featured prominently on event materials, social media, and our website. Sponsorship of this event will be used for prizes and advertising of the Twinkling Trees Tour. A tax-deductible receipt will be issued for all cash donations.
- Event Sponsorship ($200): Sponsor’s name or logo will be included on all event marketing materials including posters, website, social media, voting form, entry forms and signage on the trees. Deadline: November 6, 2024
- Prize Sponsorship ($50): Sponsor’s name or logo will be included in the prize packages and on our website under prize sponsors. Deadline: December 6, 2024
- In-Kind Prize Sponsorship (varies): We will accept in-kind donations to be used as prizes but please remember that most trees will be decorated by a group of people rather than an individual. Sponsor’s name or logo will be included in the prize packages and on our website under prize sponsors. Deadline: December 6, 2024
Cheques can be made payable to Wainwright Public Library and mailed to 921-3 Ave, Wainwright, AB T9W 1C5. We would be happy to pick up in-kind prizes.
